What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, the number of travellers and your message, together with the package you asked about. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry: the MakeUmrah team uses your details to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about Umrah and Hajj packages. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in the MakeUmrah booking system, hosted in India (Mumbai region), and are visible only to the MakeUmrah team. This website is hosted by Vercel.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to help you and for our records. If you book, booking and payment records are kept for 8 years as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email azmath@makeumrah.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Enquiries should be made by adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
